Outreach & business support · for consultants and coaches
I keep your network growing while you are busy delivering, and I take the small repetitive things off your week so you stay on the work only you can do.

Why now
When the roster is full, so is everything else. Your inbox, your calendar, your delivery hours. Outreach is the first thing that drops, because nothing breaks the week you skip it. It breaks later, when a contract ends and there is nobody warm behind it.
That is the whole trap. The people who look busiest are usually the ones with the thinnest pipeline, and they only find out on the month a client offboards. A full roster is a lagging number. Your network is the leading one.
Good work, referrals land, you are booked out. Nothing feels urgent.
Delivery eats the week. Prospecting is the task with no deadline, so it never happens.
Normal, expected, and suddenly there is no warm conversation to move into.
Discounting, chasing old contacts, taking work you would have said no to.
Keep sending while you are busy. That is the whole difference.
What I do
The outreach keeps your pipeline moving while you are heads down delivering. The support work takes the small, repetitive, important things off your plate so you stay on the big ones. Take one side or both.
Pulling the people who actually match your ICP, then reviewing each profile before anything is sent. Verified, deduplicated, and organised into a list you can see.
Manual, personalised outreach that reads like you wrote it, referencing something real from their profile or their recent posts. No spray, no generic template blasted at a thousand people.
Most replies come after the first message. I run a timed sequence so nobody who accepted your request quietly goes cold three weeks later.
Your LinkedIn and email replies triaged daily. The pitches and the noise get cleared, the warm ones get flagged, and the ready-to-talk ones get a call on your calendar.
Every prospect sits in a stage you can look at: researched, requested, connected, following up, in conversation, booked. You get the weekly numbers instead of a vague sense that outreach is happening.
Calendar, email, CRM hygiene, SOPs, content scheduling, and the automations that kill repetitive work. The small important things that eat a founder's week.
Handing over a LinkedIn login is a real risk, so here is exactly how it is handled before you have to ask.
Proof of work
Two builds that show how I work: one is the engine behind the outreach, the other is what happens when I get my hands on a manual process.
Outreach usually lives in someone's head or in a spreadsheet nobody updates. Follow-ups get missed, the same person gets contacted twice, and when the founder asks how it is going, the honest answer is a guess. There is no way to tell a slow week from a broken one.
A tracker built around how outreach actually moves. Every prospect carries a stage, a research status, and a next-touch date that the cadence calculates automatically, so what is due today surfaces on its own. Volume caps are set per client so nobody's account gets pushed past what is safe, and the whole list exports clean.
Nothing depends on memory. You can see how many people were researched, contacted, and replied to this week, which messages are earning responses, and exactly who is waiting on a follow-up. Outreach becomes a number you can manage instead of a feeling.
The business delivered a personalized assessment product through a chain of separate emails, each carrying one piece of the result. The model was fragmented, easy to break, heavy on manual assembly, and confusing for buyers who had to piece their own product together across multiple links.
A fully automated, end-to-end delivery system that takes a buyer from purchase to a complete personalized product with no manual work in between, built across FG Funnels, Make, and the OpenAI API. On assessment completion, the system captures the raw score, parses it into four operating-mode fields, and runs classification logic to determine the buyer's profile, then generates a personalized report and delivers it through one dynamic link.
One buyer, one key, one URL, one complete experience. The business moved from a fragile multi-email delivery model to a single source-of-truth system that runs hands-off and gives every buyer a personalized product generated automatically from their own data.
Ways to work with me
Start with outreach only, add the backend when you want your week back, or hand the whole desk to a trained pod led by me. Volume caps are agreed up front and I will tell you honestly if a number is too aggressive for your account.
A note on promises: I control how many of the right people hear from you and how well those messages are written. I do not control who says yes. Anyone selling you a guaranteed number of booked calls is selling you their volume, not your outcome.
How it runs
I learn how you write, we agree on who you want in front of, and I build the first list. Nothing goes out until you have signed off on the messages.
Daily manual touches at an agreed cap, timed follow-ups, replies triaged. Warm ones come to you, the rest I handle.
Weekly numbers, honest ones. We cut the messages that are not landing, and I take more of the repetitive backend off your week as we go.
The stack
Also fluent in the operational side when you need it: Magento, Linnworks, and eBay for e-commerce, QuickBooks for finance admin, and Jane, eClinicalWorks, and Tebra for practice systems.
